Cette s\u00e9rie centenaire, construite \u00e0 partir de stations de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence homog\u00e9n\u00e9is\u00e9es, constitue l&rsquo;un des documents climatiques les plus solides dont dispose la France. Voici ce qu&rsquo;elle r\u00e9v\u00e8le, et comment la lire correctement.<\/p>\n<h2>Une s\u00e9rie de mesures qui remonte \u00e0 1900<\/h2>\n<h3>Sur quoi repose cette courbe ?<\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9volution des temp\u00e9ratures fran\u00e7aises s&rsquo;appuie sur l&rsquo;<strong>indicateur thermique national<\/strong>, moyenne quotidienne des relev\u00e9s effectu\u00e9s sur 30 stations de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence r\u00e9parties sur l&rsquo;ensemble du territoire m\u00e9tropolitain. Chaque type de climat \u2014 oc\u00e9anique, continental, m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en, montagnard \u2014 y est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Cette m\u00e9thode garantit qu&rsquo;aucune r\u00e9gion ne p\u00e8se excessivement dans le r\u00e9sultat national.<\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;homog\u00e9n\u00e9isation : la cl\u00e9 de la fiabilit\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>Une s\u00e9rie longue de 125 ans traverse forc\u00e9ment des changements mat\u00e9riels : d\u00e9placement d&rsquo;un abri m\u00e9t\u00e9o, urbanisation autour d&rsquo;une station, modernisation des capteurs.
